Credits are granted after each successful monthly payment and expire at the end of that monthly subscription period. The displayed annual total is paid once per year. All 12 months of credits are granted upfront after successful payment and each paid annual renewal, and expire at the end of that annual subscription period.
To discuss changing your billing period, contact [email protected]. You can manage or cancel your existing subscription in Billing. Contact support before buying another subscription to avoid overlapping plans.
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. You can buy them without a monthly or yearly subscription.
Signed-in users can buy credit packs. A paid subscription is not required.
Credit pack credits are granted immediately after successful payment and never expire.
